As a former business owner himself, Dean has helped with some 150 business leadership teams to align core values with strategic goals. At one point, Dean facilitated the breakthrough merger of Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, the largest union merger in history. A proud native Californian, Dean graduated from Cal Baptist University with a degree in business marketing and later earned his Master in Leadership Development from Azusa Pacific University, fulfilling his passion to mentor, coach and develop people. Outside of work, Dean is a public speaker, snowboarder, tennis player, and devoted family man. After 22 years of marriage, Dean’s become an uncle an amazing 29 times.
