Before joining the Henehan team in 2010, Jonathan invested 15 years of frontline experience in the small business sector developing real-time pricing programs for precious metals, and improving inventory management, product placement, and online retail sales, mastering his skill at operations. He consults with Henehan clients on structuring executive benefits plans with incentive targets to increase sales at the corporate level.
Jonathan earned his BA degree in music in from the University of California Los Angeles. Committed to continuous learning, he’s well-studied in staff training and coaching leadership and has served on the Board at Valley Preparatory School. Along with wife Hannah, he’s busy raising two children. Time permitting, they enjoy regional musical theater and vocal performances.
